Cathy is a Hewitt certified diversity trainer and is the lead facilitator in Canada for Hewitt's Power of Worldviews crosscultural competence course. She is also a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) administrator and crosscultural competence coach. Cathy’s responsibilities include operationalizing Hewitt's internal Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility strategies in Canada by managing the diversity and inclusion, corporate philanthropy and volunteerism, and environmental programs.
