Culture and Workplace Interactions

This course presents strategies to help you successfully integrate, engage and manage performance in a culturally diverse workplace.

Developing good rapport and effective collaboration within a team is key to the integration and engagement of new talent into the workforce and, ultimately, the performance of a team.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recognize how culture impacts work styles, rapport building among colleagues, teamwork, and role expectations.
  • Identify strategies to address intercultural misunderstandings and conflict due to cultural differences
  • Build effective workplace relationships and teams in culturally competent ways
